The only way to communicate is via online chat - they don't address your issues, when I asked what about my very upset customer - their answer was - sorry can't do anything about it - not even offer to contact the customer and explain what happened - they just don't care - sender is on the losing end of this company - PATHETIC service - the second issue with them in a sort time - waist of endless time trying to communicate and resolve the issue

I Have ordered a dress on 18 October for my daughters wedding, I was concern that I would receive it on time, I talked to JJhouse on Live chat, the were very friendly en helpfull, I have received my dress in 2 weeks time, beautifull dress well made, I am really very happy with JJhouse and will def, use them again, well done
