I cannot even give GownSme one star.
I ordered a dress for my Granddaughter's wedding. When the dress arrived I was very dissapointed in the fabric. Then when i went to try it on it was way way too small even though I measured myself and went directly off their size chart as what size to order. Now the fun begins, I want to return the dress and they are telling me it was made in China and it will cost me way too much to return it. So, they have offered me 10 percent of the total price which was $260.00. What a joke that is. They also have told me that the dress has to go to China and they are in England so it will take up to 2 months to refund me the money. The dress has to be sent to China first. This is absolutely a complete SCAM. I would recommend that no one should ever order anything from this company. I fell in love with the picture of the dress and never read any of the reviews until after I received it. That was a huge MISTAKE! These people are crooks and SCAM artists at the best. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. Also they have never even given me the address in China to ship it to...
