“Bad product, very poor customer service”

I bought a personalized iphone wallet cover. Although the delivered product looks nice, it was completely the wrong size I ordered. When you contact the company, they do not respond... at all... So I waste my money on this. On the photo the wallet cover of my phone (and been eaten by the dog) and the one the company send me.
