I purchased a key for MS office, which when I tried to use it to activate the installation it said it was already activated too many times. I contacted them and they asked me to follow some very dodgy / convoluted manual activation like it was in India, which also failed.
I contacted them again and they issued a new code, which also failed the activation both legitimate and dodgy process. I told them since they sold me a defective product I wanted a refund they have refused saying their T&C's ".Once the code has been delivered and used by the customer there is no return or refund of any kind." As I pointed out since the code didn't work I haven't actually '.used.' the key, therefore the quoted T&C do not apply.

In summary, do not use, stay away and do not waste your money, even then the product is very clearly defective they will refuse to give you a refund, this site is just a scam.
