I bought a headlight and paid overnight shipping from "Thomas", who answers both sales and customer service phones. The next day, still no tracking number. I called MANY times and he kept saying fed ex would call or email me. I called fed ex and they don't do business that way, and had no record of any over night package coming to me. I called "Thomas" with a different phone (he wouldn't answer from my number), and he was surprised. He then gave me a tracking number. I called fed ex and they said it was invalid. Now I can't get in touch with him. I called Visa and instigated a dispute, so dumbass isn't getting paid for this scam. Turns out the funds request made to Visa was from carxenonhidkits.com. I went to that site and it is the same scam. The oem cadillac light assembly is over $1,000. This guy charged me $169 for the "German replacement" light and $30 for overnight shipping. Remember, if it looks too good to be true, ITS A SCAM!

The live chat customer service (I'm sure it's "thomas"), claimed they didn't have access to my account. Ha Ha! Then told me that fed ex would call me! I talked to fed ex... They DONT do business that way. The headlight I bought was priced at 15% of the factory light. Remember, if it seems too good to be true, it's a scam.
