I put one star here because there is nothing lower. The customer service is nil. We have called over and over and they always say "high call volume" and don't have the option of calling us back. Customer service is a THING OF THE PAST at B o A. They should fire all their relatives and get more people on the phones!

I had set up an order to be sent every 2 months. The screen had a price for four lithium 5mg and two Ubiquinol 200mg at just over $44. When I went to pay, the screen had changed the price far upward on both products. I called Swanson, but they said they could not get the original prices again. I got no help at all. I was very frustrated, angry, and disappointed.
