They turned my order into an auto-ship subscription, and when I go to the website to try to cancel it it WON'T WORK. I can't skip the next shipment either, the date does not change after I click on that button. And OF COURSE they don't respond to emails.
HOWEVER - click on the calendar and you can change the next ship date, so that's a tip for anyone that finds themselves in this situation. I will probably have to get a new card from my bank, this is how much of a dirtbag these guys are. Don't do business with them, obviously!
