I was emailed recently to write a review about my stay at the King Inn, San Diego, CA by TripAdvisor. They rejected my review because they said it was not about Kings Inn, but Cancelon. Here is the review.

No Refund - COVID-19

I cancelled my trip to California on March 14th due to the US Government travel restrictions put in place with the COVID-19 travel restrictions. I cancelled my reservation via email with Cancelon two days before we were to stay at Kings Inn, San Diego on March 16th. I also called the hotel, they were very accommodating and cancelled my reservation with them. They were unable to refund my money because I had booked with a third party, Cancelon. I have not yet recieved a refund from Cancelon.
