Agent Audrey expressed v little interest and ended the chat, Also, the email-address policy is bonkers.
I tried the free month (Nov-Dec 2019) and was able to send a few faxes successfully, once I learned to set outgoing faxes to 'standard' mode. Staff helped me with this.
Cancelling the service was straightforward, less than 10 minutes on the phone and staff (Alex) were polite.
