I ordered Valentine's Day cards on February 6th. Estimated shipping time 3-5 days, no problem. By Valentine's Day, they still hadn't arrived, so I had to scramble and buy my wife whatever leftover bad cards remained in the scraps at a nearby store at 4pm on Valentines Day. (BTW, I bought my kids' cards from a different vendor (PaperSource) on the same day as AlwaysFits, and the Paper Source cards arrived on Feb.10). Mistakes happen, but the reason for the one-star review is customer service. They won't refund my order. They replied, after two emails, that "sometimes orders arrive a bit later than expected," And if it didn't arrive by several days AFTER valentines day, they would "Look into this further". The order never came, and I never heard further from them. Don't use this company.
EDIT: On Feb.21, after my fourth attempt and a few one-star reviews, they refunded the order - "because it didn't arrive by 2/17" - repeating their "sometimes packages arrive later than expected" policy. Bottom line - 99% of companies would automatically refund a missed holiday order that had been guaranteed to arrive before the holiday.
