Sadly these very poor reviews are exactly in line with my experience and reason for spending time sharing with other parents looking to purchase a fun riding toy for their children. In a weird way I feel better that many others had same horrible experience. Customer service woman, and I'm certain she is the entire department all herself, is rude and incompetent. Unfortunately she is your only hope to actually help in any way. Here's how your customer service experience will go: You call for any reason, wait 30 min on hold only to reach this horrible woman who requires the original order number to help you. You give up without that as she's never willing to assist further. You search for some email likely deleted but if fortunate you find it. Another 30 min call on hold to finally talk to same incompetent woman again. She will be confused on what parts might be needed for your actual mini bike that she has full specs on. She sends the wrong parts then blames you?! She explains you have to pay return shipping and excessive restocking fee. Horrible experience. Will never buy from them again. You get what you pay for and clearly that includes worst incompetent customer service of your life.
