I purchased a shirt from this company on January 14th, 2023. The store advised me on January 20th that the shirt was not available and that I should call customer service for the refund. This is where the problems started. I spoke to an agent of the company on January 20th, 2023 to initiate my refund for $63.27 Canadian. My credit card was given. On January 28th I had not received any refund and I started to make some calls back to the company to see where my refund was. After 5 different calls the answer was always the same...your refund was processed! I asked on 2 occasions to have a supervisor call me with promises that someone would get back to me...never received a call! This is the worst customer service I have ever not received...and I still do not have my refund!
