Think twice before ordering for Birthday/Christmas presents
I ordered with ShirtPunch 3.5 weeks ago. I was advised after the purchase was confirmed that there could be a 10-15 business day wait. To be fair, it may have been in the fine print prior to confirmation of the purchase. The deadline of 3 weeks production is well below industry standard and they may need to look into ways of speeding up production/expanding/increasing productivity. Regardless, this deadline was not met. At 12 days I requested a status update and received a form-letter response about the 10-15 day waiting time.
At 15 days I requested an update again, and received nearly the same response.
I responded again requesting a refund, and received another very similar customer service response.
4 days after my request for a refund and cancellation, I received notification that I had been refunded and a screenshot of a credit note. The text surrounding the credit note however was, once again, nearly the same spiel about 10-15 days waiting time. I had at this point received the same basic response 3 times after this period of time had expired.
I sent off a strongly worded request for a refund and cancellation, and noted that I would be leaving a few negative reviews around the traps, to warn people if they are ordering on a deadline.
