I had an appointment and had completed the online paperwork prior to arrival. Although the place looked like a third world country flea market, the service was quick and courteous. For all the complainers, do your upfront application, bring correct documents and be respectful. Easy.
They promise to send you information within 24 hours to return their junk. Don't believe it. They hold out until the 30 days is up. Avoid!
