I placed an order for some beautiful oilcloth and about a week after purchasing, I called (and emailed customer service) to get shipping updates. Come to find out the oilcloth I purchased was back ordered and not expected to arrive to their warehouse a week and half from now. So I am now estimating to get my order about a month+ out from when I ordered it. When I asked if there was anything they could do to rectify this, since I was never notified and it said nothing about it being back ordered (out of stock) online, they said no. I asked for expedited shipping and they said no. What a poorly run company. I will never purchase from them again which is such a disapointment since I truly liked their selection and prices. Oh well, looks like I'll gladly pay more at a different company.
