Same as everyone else. I don't believe this is truly a US Company. That's why you will not get a call back. I believe the real company is in the far east some where. Check your better business bureau. Until proven I believe they are a shell US Company.

“Think of BPM Imporys as buying a bike from a flea market. You can buy the bike one or two rows over with different stickers, but slightly different prices. They do not want you to put the bike together right there even though they are 90% built up.”
