I ordered a curtain valance on 7/17, my card was charged right away. Now 12 days later I have not received product and there is no information when I try to track it. I get a message that the order is unknown. No response to my email inquiries, and phone menu sent me to accounting with an auto message instructing me to leave a message. Forget this store! I should have checked the reviews before ordering. I don't expect to get my item or my money back!
