I am very displeased with Myus. I live in Europe and had enormous problems getting an apartment and credit cards for my daughter who will be attending University in the US for the first time and has no credit history. I finally succeeded and had the bank documents sent to Myus. They lost/discarded all the documents, on 2 separate occasions, and refused to apologise for their mistakes. When I asked for a refund for the shipping costs (I combined the letters with other items), they refused saying any letters would not have changed the weight.
Also, their repacking service has really deteriorated in my opinion. Items, I order a lot from Amazon, are thrown into a box without sufficient attention to breakage. I have had several items broken upon arrival - luckily from Amazon where I could get them replaced easily.
Finally, you cannot cancel your account online. You must send an email. I sent an email and got back the response they are looking into it. What's there to look into? Cancel my account or better yet let me cancel my account. I used live chat and the operator said he could not cancel my account - he needed management approval. Fine, let me chat with your manager. Oh no, he is not available. Finally, I got the chat guy to cancel. Who ever heard of a service you cannot cancel yourself?
Never again with this company. I have other complaints but this is enough. I will only buy from companies that can ship directly to Switzerland -Amazon, Macy's Williams Sonoma. In my opinion you should not trust Myus, especially with important documents.
