Yes I booked this flight and I made a mistake with the dates.Its for April 22 I contact the next morning not even 12 hours had gone by to make the change by chat and they mention I was going to get an email with new changes. I didn't received.I called yesterday a few times and they said it had pas 24 hours and.I asked to speak to a supervisor last night on a chat.She had me over one hour and said that perhaps I had talked to a Rob.And she couldn't help.I was on a chat on the 15 th at 6:30 am on a chat that apparently was not recorded.This is not fear no solution. The first chat on the 15 th they said I was going to receive new itinerary with dates and I never got anything.
