The auto-trading software started out alright for the first few weeks, and then stopped altogether, so it seems it's only there to hook one's interest rather than as an ongoing feature. After a couple of months I decided it wasn't for me, and tried to close my account - this was about four months ago now, and it still hasn't been closed, and I haven't received any real help or explanation from their support contact, or their agents, who have since proven impossible to get in touch with. To be honest I haven't lost money in the endeavour, but neither have I really made any. But I do question an organisation that refuses to close an account.

In my experience, having attempted to use it a couple of times, you will be redirected to a random broker where the AI software will work fine for a short time, but will then cease to work altogether as they attempt to get you to spend bigger and make much larger crypto purchases (which if I had I would have lost a great deal of money when the market suddenly dropped to less than half its value). And should you wish to close your account you will find it extremely difficult to do so - I asked to close my account well over a month ago and it still hasn't been done, despite numerous attempts to contact the broker.
