I recently ordered a 84" TV console from the Churchill collection of Aspen Home in Ghost Black color. After waiting 0ver 5 months for delivery I finally received. It is nice looking but the finish job is horrible. It should never have been shipped out from the company without being inspected and problems corrected. There are so many obvious places where the stain was left off that even the simplest of inspections would have found.
I have written the company asking for some of the stain to be sent to me so I can touch up all the bad areas myself. Of course I have not heard back from the company. Are they too embarrassed to answer me? The store I bought it from will eventually send out a technician to look at it but that takes a long time and they probably don't really have the correct color so they will try to fix it with a mismatched color. If that happens it will go back and I will buy another brand.
