I recently ordered a new carafe for my coffee maker. Shipped quickly and arrived damaged. Package had a small hole that went through two boxes and through my new carafe. Problem is I had to purchase another one at full price even before getting a refund for the damage package that wasn't my fault. The. The refund I received was minus the shipping cost when again was not my fault. How do I lose money shopping with your company?
