Purchased vacuum cleaner (shark)
Vacuum quit working within 6 weeks. Going off and on repeatedly.I registered for the "warranty". I called shark, they ran me thru attempts at finding problem, when that didn't work, they told me the warranty was only for the "dustcup"? Really? Also said I didn't buy vacuum from them, and had to deal with morning save.
Was told by morning save I needed to purchase a box to ship back. Not sur why that expense should be mine? This is my first experience with morning save, and it will be my last. Also disappointed with SHARK, who knew the warranty is limited, and the store selling was responsible problems. Why register a product with them?

I looked into your case. It appears we refunded the damaged hose, and then offered a pre-paid label to return the vacuum. Unfortunately, we aren't able to pay for a new shipping box.
