I was having a very hard time using private duty agencies, and then looked up Well Beyond Care. I signed up and did not expect very much, but boy was I surprised. Right away I could see 11 caregivers who matched to my mother's need. Took about a week and hired a perfect caregiver, Sandy. My mother love her and it is so simple to sign off hours and pay her. Lot's of help from Lauren too (their RN).
Tip for consumers:
It is going to take a while to hire your own caregiver but it is worth it.
