I booked an apartment in The Grand Mill, Bradford, for the nights of 4th and 5th May 2019. When I telephoned at about 4.45 pm, it was to find there had been a double booking and I was moved to a student accommodation block which had a minute, en suite bedroom and a shared kitchen, which lacked most everything by the way of cooking and eating, including forks and drinking glasses; big pans; vessels in which to microwave produce; dessert spoons and bowls. I was told that all the 'apartments' had a shared kitchen but this was not what was advertised on the website, or confirmed as being the case on my booking confirmation email. It quite spoiled my activity on the Sunday. Looking at the website now, it gives different prices and makes it clear which is an apartment and which is a bedroom with a shared kitchen. I wish to complain to lastminute.com but can find only a continental, telephone number and no email address. I intend taking this matter further as misrepresentation.
