First of all, let me say I love the motorcycle chain bracelet. It is very good quality. I ordered it Dec. 3rd, received it Dec. 26th. It is too big, and I want to exchange it for a smaller size. I have called repeatedly and no answer. I have left messages, no return calls. I e-mailed them and have had no response. I am going to take it to a local jeweler to have it sized. I am worried that if I send it back, no telling how long it would take to get it back if in fact I did. It really sucks, because I would love to order a few more items. At this time, though, I will not. I don't understand-does the company not have enough people to take calls and answer e mails or what? Get your act together Jewelry Hype!
