April 4 I began Having a problem With a game I Play On Facebook
( Hogwarts Mystery) I No Longer Could watch the ad Videos To Get
Extra Energy & Daily Bonus. I reported The Problem To Support, and
For the next 11 days was In ContactAnd With Jam City DAILY. I was Told
By 3 different people That They would contact support and Fix the
Problem. And Never did It get fixed. After Telling them twice That I Played
On a Laptop I Was Told what To Do To Fix My Phone Play. I REMINDED
Them I Did NOT Play On a Phone Only To get one more Email...
