Similar to most people's reviews on here. I bought a designer handbag, decided I didn't want to keep it and returned it immediately. It's been two months now and I haven't received a refund, apparently the bag is not in a re-saleable condition.
There's only two explanation for this:
1. Selfridges have sold me a bag that is not authentic and is now refusing to honor the return policy.
2. The bag may have been tampered with during the secure return process, which was facilitated by Selfridges' preferred method of courier.
I've sent numerous emails, called many times and cannot get this resolved.
