I contacted CPAP.com with an issue I had about an order. I spoke with Brandy T. In Customer Service and I am delighted to report that I have finally met a Customer Service Rep. Who understands the meaning of the words, "Customer Service". Brandy T. Was helpful, courteous, patient, kind and a delight to work with. She went beyond the requirements of the job and truly helped me. I am so glad she was the CS Rep who took my call. I will certainly use CPAP.com in the future.
