I ordered a Mule Drive belt in Dec. Because of weather and sickness was not able to install until Feb. Called customer service and they confirmed the wrong belt was sent. I was told I had missed the return window and I would be charged a 30% restocking fee and I had to pay for shipping. This would be more than the belt is worth. So much for their advertised claims. The buyer is responsible for Sixity's mistakes!
If the wrong item was sent, of course we would strive to correct within a timely manner. We apologize your order was past the normal return period however we should be able to accept the part in new and uninstalled condition and exchange for the correct belt. Customer Service Manager will reach out to the customer.
