Ordered 2 x chino pants and received only one. Paid for the next day delivery. Called customer service and instead of apologizing and sending me that one pair they should have sent in the first place, a customer service agent came up with a plan for me to buy another two pairs and return that one chino pants I've received. I would get a refund once that would go through. I was like, ok, let's do that. However, then I was told I will be sent a return code to my email which I need to print and provide to a courier.

I've thanked customer service agent for their time and explained that I should be sent a product I've paid for, not waste more of my time. I am now looking elsewhere to buy one more chino pants.
I've bought from Next a couple of times, never issues but after this experience I won't buy from them again.

EDIT
I was sent a £10 voucher and 2 x chino trousers I've ordered originally and was allowed to keep that one pair I received only initially.
In the end, Next did the right thing which I appreciate and therefore adjusting my score from 2 to 4 stars.

I was naïve enough to start using Trustpilot some time ago. Wanted to share my experiences with other consumers, good or bad ones. Everything was fine for some time, until I wrote a review about Emma Sleep company and my extremely poor experience.
Trustpilot removed it without even checking with me. When I provided all the proof of my purchase they claimed they restored my review. They lied. You can easily check these things. Yes, you can see your review under your account but when you open TrustPilot in browser incognito mode and try to find your review... you can't as it's not there.

Few days ago they removed my review for Asda groceries, not even notifying me or anything.
I can't believe this is legal and allowed. They are manipulating with reviews and some super criminal and bad companies having good scores/review just because of this manipulation where Trustpilot removes "bad" (actually honest) reviews and leave fake ones.

There is an article on BBC that summarize it all for Trustpilot:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/articles/3SkLXs4RK24Lzx0sPYXVRpg/trustpilot

Trusting a website like Trustpilot to provide "honest" reviews from genuine consumers while making profit from companies listed on their website. It's easy for them to manipulate reviews and that's exactly they are doing for many companies. That shouldn't be legal and allowed and not only Trustpilot, but all similar websites/companies should be penalized for that practice.
