I have been a customer of eWorldTrade for 01 Year. Throughout this time, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. The platform consistently connected me with fraudulent buyers, and I was unable to close a single deal. EWorldTrade lacks any effective mechanisms to identify and filter out scammers or fake buyers.
Their approach seems geared towards connecting fake buyers with paying members, including those who have invested in Key Account Management (KAM) services. In the event that a member realizes the deception and applies for a refund, eWorldTrade's KAMs insist on purchasing additional services, regardless of the member's specific request. They pressure customers into buying their most expensive package and retain them until the membership expires. They also use religion card by their KAM's to influence the members.
Upon the expiration of the membership, eWorldTrade sends an email (to the same email address used for the refund request about 06 months prior to expiry) stating that the customer is not eligible for a refund. It appears that their business model revolves around generating revenue through questionable practices, making the overall experience akin to engaging in dubious financial transactions.
