Hi Mudify,

I wanted to take some time to highlight an experience that I had with Eddie today. I consider myself to be a fairly technically savvy person in my own field but am somewhat new to the world of offroading. A couple of years ago, I picked up a 4th Gen 4Runner from a buddy and have been slowly putting time and money into it to keep it going strong. While doing research on the upgrades that I'd like to do, if spoken to quite a few shops, website staff members, etc. I've also previously worked in customer service myself for many years. My phone call with Eddie this morning was one of the best customer service experiences I've had to date. Not only is Eddie incredibly educated on the products that he sells, he is also incredibly well spoken and gifted at communicating difficult concepts to a beginner like myself. He also took the time to chat with me about every single option and upgrade possible without making me feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. He proactively reached out to me about an abandoned cart and provided me with a kit that better suited my needs for the same price. Not only did he point me in the right direction, but he also explained the 'why'. I now feel like I have a much stronger base of knowledge which makes me excited to continue upgrading my truck. It is evident when talking to Eddie that he is passionate about what he does and interested in making my purchasing experience a positive one. I can tell you that I will certainly be calling him again for all of my future purchases. You've got a great employee here who I feel is key to your business.
