Garbage Express would be a more fitting description. Couldn't download a newly purchased map. It didn't recognise my user-ID, although it had done it in the past. Password change and upgrade to latest version: No use. Had to uninstall and reinstall the software to finally make it recognise my User-ID. Problem is you need it to download purchased maps. Recommend to buy the micro-SD card instead. Of course you have to wait a few days for delivery, but it saves you a lot of agony and frustration.
