The product I ordered was backordered. Garagecabinetsonline collected the full cost of cabinets I ordered which was close to $5000. I called after over two weeks had passed to check on the status of the order only to learn the product was still not available. At that point, I asked the sales guy, Alex, to refund my payment. Alex, stated he would check the order status again and call me back. That was two days ago. He did not call back. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal and have initiated their problem resolution process.
This company charged my credit card knowing the product was back-ordered, then refused to refund my payment after three weeks had passed without providing any information regarding when the product would ship. Suggest you shop for garage cabinets elsewhere.
The above is not true. After you placed the order we spoke and it was decided that we would deliver after 11/2/20 since the product was out of stock and you agreed. Today is 10/27. Yes you called again to cancel but again per our conversation we were going to check with the warehouse to see if we can deliver by next week. We are still waiting on confirmation from our warehouse, but if you want to cancel the order for a full refund we will do that as well. Please call us so we can cancel
Please also keep in mind that with Covid-19 supply chain has been a challenge and this is not just us it’s everywhere. A lot of small businesses are suffering and therefore we do appreciate that you chose us vs. any other big box store but sad that we could bot meet your expectations and timeline.
