Will update as this saga unfolds. Ordered an arcade game on Sunday Feb 12 costing over $5,000. Was immediately texted for payment info, which I responded to right away. Payment was processed and order initiated. Was told in text to expect 2-4 weeks for delivery. It's now April 19th and still no machine. In fact received a delivery / tracking email on April 5th, called today to inquire about why it's taking so long only to find out the contract was cancelled?! This company may be on the up and up? But if you're hoping for them to deliver as promised forget about it. Bare minimum the best I can hope for at this point is a 2.5 month wait vs the 2-4 weeks promised or the 5-7 weeks their confirmation email suggests. Imagine if they were as punctual about follow through as they are collecting payment. If they can't do what they promise they at the very least need to adjust their promises. Hoping this doesn't have to escalate to court and a slew of public reviews online but will keep everyone posted.
