When I tell you it was a relief to find DreamStone, among all the different vendors on New York's diamond district, I'm not exaggerating. I spent the better part of my weekend trying different exchanges, even a family referral. People were either showing me one diamond or something not even close to what i was looking for. When I made an appointment DreamStone at the New York City office, I didn't know what to expect. They showed me about a dozen or so options all within the particular characteristics I was looking for in terms of carat, color, clarity and even the ratio of the pear shape diamond I was looking for. Once it came down to pricing I was shocked on how they were able to compete with online vendors. Here I was getting to see the diamonds in person, compare them and still get the discounted online price. It was a winning situation and I am just thrilled with my experience. Highly recommend the team at DreamStone!
Tip for consumers:
You can choose a diamond on the DreamStone site and then make an appointment to see it in person in their showroom. I went to the NY showroom on 47 street, but i think they also have one in Long Island and another showroom in Florida. They also price match, so don’t be shy to speak up if you see the same diamond cheaper anywhere else.
