My issue has been resolved by a support employee who understood my frustration. Many thanks to Game Master Tunelaunez. It was an adventure dealing with blizzard support. Patience is a must.

So done with this company. 1,5 month trying to talk to support only to hear i that they can't refund my battle pass on wrong account or merge 2 different account. Overwatch 2 has so many glitches and wasted so much of my time you would expect they would be more helpful. Totally got scammed. Money grabbers to the max. If they would have any decency they would contact me and do the right thing. But sadly i don't thing it's part of the identity of Blizzard.

Tip for consumers:
Never buy something here. You won't be treated as a customer.
