Ordered product - money was transferred and tracking number was provided. When I checked the tracking, I found that the product was still not in route and was informed by the carrier to get with JewelryHype - easier said than done - emails never get returned and phone calls go to an answering machine with zero callbacks - I checked this site and found that im not alone - Sad but true these guys must have closed shop?
