Get PayPal involved as yet another week goes by.
PayPal can't do anything as supplier says they are in transit!
Contact courier "yes we have accepted the job, but the order has not been handed to us, sorry we don't have it"

Regarding prescription glasses, once the frame is under lab processing, we can't cancel the order. If we are late in shipping we even refund the shipping charges as per the customer's request. If the desired product is not available, we also offer an exchange with the IN-STOCK product. We also accept returns within the time period of 14 days.
