Ok so in May I purchased a new car…. Yeah!

In June the car got hit and it was damaged enough that the insurance totaled the vehicle. It also caused the air bag to deploy on the passenger side and destroyed the new car seat cover that I had just purchased.

After the insurance company got it all settled and because I had "new car replacement" I was able to get another new vehicle.

I called the company that produced the car seats and explained the situation and asked if they could let me purchase a replacement car seat.

After several frustrating conversations over the next few weeks they just said sorry—we won't replace just one seat….

They said they felt sorry for me…. But they would not help me. They didn't even offer some kind of discount on a new set…. So I am having to pay full price to get a matching set for my car.

I would say don't buy from them if you can avoid it because they do not have the best customer service. I was not asking for anything free…... but a discount or something toward the purchase of a complete replacement set would have been nice.

Instead I am paying full price to get car seats again to protect my nice new vehicle….

Beddinginn is the name of the company and I am very disappointed that this company does not seem to want to help their customer when they encounter traumatic situations like this….

Finally they make you sign up for an account to even post a review... why?

Tip for consumers:
don't use it. the only reason I used it again is because I wanted a full set of seat covers....did not want my new car looking ghetto because i only had 4 of the 5 seats covered

had to order a complete new set.....which did not make me happy
