“Credit or Reward I received for purchasing Babbel was not applied to my second purchase”

My second purchase was a face mask with 5 filters. It took a very long time to get the item from the Stack Social vendor. When it arrived today (5/15), I opened it up and tried to put on. DOESN'T STAY ON & APPARENTLY since it was such a deal (over $20), it is NOT REFUNDABLE.
