Item totally missing from my order and merchant insisting it was sent with no proof. The other item was a damaged/used/returned item which the merchant (after I submitted pictures) told me I will be issued a refund for, now will not refund until I return it, but they changed their mind about it long after their initial email after it was too late for me to send the item back. Conflicting responses from the same representative, slow response time and overall bad business practices.
