I encountered an issue with one of my recliners. I went through all the troubleshooting steps and even tried replacing the switch, but it didn't work. Megan, one of the customer service representatives, suggested that I disconnect one of the box modules that was screwed to the recliner, reroute the wire, and reconnect the chair. The module that was originally connected was used for an app. Surprisingly, once I disconnected it from the box, my chair started working again!
