I ordered some shoes. Then I got a notification that "due to Covid" they would be delayed 3 days. 6 days went by and I never heard anything, so I reached out to customer service. They said that they would see what happened. Then 3 days later they tell me that the shoes aren't available. I had received a $100 credit + $100 discount and had used my commissions + additional money to pay for the shoes. Nothing was refunded. Horrible experience!
