I had issues from the time I paid in which it took a week for them to figure out how to post my payment. Then they didn't alert me when the frame they had ordered arrived broken causing another delay. Overall it took about a month from the date I ordered. The glasses are exactly as I ordered except one side was not buffed down like the other. I won't risk having them fix it. I sure won't order again.

Absolutely no help. When the women took my order, she was rushing and I was not confident that she had everything included that I was requesting. Then I had to call back because she sent the incorrect invoices. Even still one had the wrong information. Manager’s email was not impressive and didn’t give me confidence. He should have kept me up to date when there was a delay instead of ghosting me.

Reason I chose this business:

Because they had the frames I wanted, and my overall price was better than my eye doctor.
