I ordered 2 foam prints for my wedding to display on easels. 1 arrived perfect and was used. The other arrived completely bent across the entire photo in multiple places. Of course this means I could not use it for my wedding. I've attempted to collect my refund twice. They keep telling me I can get a reprint (this is useless to me since my wedding is over now). The "customer service" is a bot in a chat, even though they pretend they're live agents. They'll often be "disconnected" and you'll have to repeat the story with a new "agent." Useless and so disappointing
