3rd Time Not A Charm.
I love leaving great reviews. Having to report a less than mediocre experience is much less fun. Only fair to others that I do.
I ordered a dark gray cap for my boyfriend for Christmas (2 days away) on November 15th. I will not have the cap in time for Thursday. The first order received was a plastic baby pink girls cap, weeks ago. I called them immediately, they apologized and sent a new order out without even asking for the wrong one back. Great. Easy. Thought I was done. Got the new one a few days later and walla. Same pink cap in the box. I call again the next day (last Saturday) and explained what happened. Went online, described over the phone the exact one I was looking for. The woman on the other end (Gina, I think) seemed really apologetic and said she would send a message to the "warehouse". This mysterious warehouse would call me back on Monday. Its Tuesday and still no phone calls. I called and got Paulette on the phone. God bless your soul if you get Paulette on the line as well. I introduced myself (couldn't hear me), tried to explain my situation. Immediately told me there "is no way to have the cap by Thursday. (This is a $13 order for a hat that I placed on Nov 15th. First present of the season.) So, what irritated me the most about the entire conversation was that I could not get a word in edgewise. I wanted to know what any other options would be. Is there a different way to reach out to this CIA-like warehouse? Could I get the cap before New Years? Nope. Couldn't even say three words. Every time I tried to talk to Paulette, I was rudely cut off, interrupted because apparently she knew what I wanted and was asking for before I could even say it. Matter of fact, Paulette seems to be a mind reader! Wow! I had to yell to get her attention so that I could simply tell her to cancel the $13 order. Geez Louis. What a waste of time and energy. My boyfriend isn't getting what he wanted in time. What a shame. Customer Service training for this place!
