To anyone who has thought about becoming a member to club fitness or is a member to club fitness. I recommend leaving. Club fitness has the $#*!tiest customer service I have ever witnessed, I'm normally not one to complain like this it this is ridiculous. A couple of months ago club fitness talked my mom into switching her account from debt to credit or something along those lines. So my mom did because I got a free shirt out of it but all three of our accounts (My mom, dad and mine) were on this old card. Well instead on putting all three accounts on the new card (like they should have) they left my account off this new card. But failed to inform anyone that they did so. I've been getting letters in the mail saying that I have a past due account with them, which if you know me I would have paid for these "past due" bills. We have made multiple attempts to reach out to club fitness to try and cancel and pay my account for about a month now and they have made no attempts to answer or help. Not only have I called their customer service center but I have also gone into multiple club fitness locations and have not gotten anywhere. Now I'm stuck paying a past due bill that should have not happen in the first place. So choose wisely when you chose your gym
