I ordered an all over hoodie from this company on 11/29 and immediately realized I ordered the wrong size. I contacted them via messenger and received confirmation of the correction. I was informed I would receive this within 2 weeks, three weeks later no hoodie! I contacted the company again and was informed all hoodies were made to order but I would still get it before Christmas. Well with many communications between myself and unnamed reps I finally received the hoodie on Jan 28th. I sent one final message to the company stating my displeasure and the following was their response.
Hahahahahaha ruined your sons christmas. Wow. You ordered the wrong size for your hoodie from our site by not paying attention. The order was automatically forwarded to my manufacturer where they began construction on your order. This is a small company that I run myself, entirely me, to be able to provide vaporfashions to kids like your son. Its a hoodie... that your son is now wearing, that hopefully lots of kids will admire and love. I really doubt or at least hope he doesn't harbor the same sentiments as you. 99.9% of all my orders go exceptionally smoothly. This is an unfortunate exception caused by a fired customer service agent I tried and the holiday rush. If you'd like anything else in the future we are here
